ONSITE in Mississauga
JD: Insight Global is seeking a versatile professional skilled in finance, administrative tasks, customer care, and program support. The ideal candidate will support various business functions. Daily responsibilities include inputting and processing orders or materials from sales staff or direct customer interactions. The role involves maintaining customer files with sales contracts and other relevant information, distributing order sheets to respective departments, and coordinating with departments on order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability, and back orders. Additionally, the candidate will track sales shipments, deliveries, billing, and backlog activities. They will interface with customers to respond to inquiries about order status, resolve order difficulties, and ensure customer requests are handled promptly and appropriately.
Day-to-day:
Other tasks include: Repairs, RMA's, Invoicing, Purchasing, AP/AR, Service contracts, Inside sales & quotes, Parts & equipment orders, Warranty replacement & claims, Shipping & Receiving, HR matters and Facilities & Office duties.
