Base Pay Range

CA$50.00/hr - CA$62.00/hr

Position: Director – MSP National Accounts

Infotek Consulting Services Inc. is seeking a technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with extensive ServiceNow experience (3+ years), along with proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Agile, and ITIL/ITSM. Candidates holding a ServiceNow certification will be prioritized.

Required Skills

• Experience in leading ServiceNow Integration Projects - 2 years
• ServiceNow BSA experience - 5 years
• Proficiency in Confluence/JIRA - 3 years
• Experience with Agile delivery - 3 years
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM solutions - 3 years
• Ability to support and produce detailed system requirements and technical/functional specifications
• Collaborate with business partners, technology, and project teams to elicit, analyze, document, and communicate detailed functional specifications
• Develop solutions by researching current system capabilities and defining technology options in partnership with solution architects and developers
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications
• Assist testing teams by translating requirements into test conditions and expected results
• Participate in project management activities, including scoping, effort estimation, risk mitigation, and status reporting
• Participate in quality reviews of design and requirements work products
• Collaborate with stakeholders to find solutions and assess impacts
• Provide operational and process analysis support as needed
• Ensure adherence to best practices and standards within the BSA discipline
• Maintain communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage workload effectively across multiple projects
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
