We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst with strong functional experience in NetSuite or similar ERP systems to support the implementation, optimization, and integration of ERP modules across Finance, Procurement, Order Management, and Supply Chain functions. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business users and technical teams, helping to gather requirements, configure NetSuite, and support business process improvements with a deep understanding of P2P, O2C, and ERP integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a functional lead for NetSuite ERP projects across Finance, Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and Supply Chain (SCM) modules.
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure NetSuite workflows, forms, custom fields, roles, and dashboards to align with business needs.
• Work closely with finance, procurement, order management, and supply chain teams to support and enhance ERP processes.
• Support and troubleshoot day-to-day issues and provide functional guidance to users.
• Collaborate with development and integration teams to ensure seamless ERP integrations with third-party applications (e.g., CRM, eCommerce, WMS).
• Conduct UAT testing, training, and user documentation for new system features or processes.
• Assist with data migration, cleanup, and validation during implementation or enhancement projects.
• Stay up to date with NetSuite updates, features, and best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in NetSuite or similar ERP platforms.
• Hands-on experience in Finance, P2P, O2C, and SCM processes within ERP systems.
• Good understanding of ERP integration workflows, data flows, and dependencies.
• Basic knowledge of NetSuite development tools (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder).
• Experience with configuring NetSuite modules and customizing records, roles, and workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred to have: Donations/ Member ship management/ CRM

Preferred Qualifications:

• NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant) are a plus.
• Experience in ERP implementation or upgrade projects.
• Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft) is an advantage.
• Exposure to financial reporting, audit, or compliance workflows.
