Job description

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This position can be located anywhere in Canada.

The Business Intelligence Analyst will be an integral part of the Centre of Excellence (COE) at People Corporation (PC), focusing on enhancing workflows to make business functions operate more efficiently. The role involves understanding, evaluating, and solving efficiencies with technology, delivering solutions with a personalized approach, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

The Business Intelligence Analyst will:
  1. Engage with internal PC employees, gather their feedback, and develop technology solutions to improve their work processes.
  2. Work closely with various departments to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
  3. Methodically use technology to improve services, making the business more scalable, easier to operate, and more profitable.
  4. Have a thirst to learn and solve problems, and be open to training and development, regardless of industry knowledge.
  5. Act as the first point-of-contact for PC employees on new systems through online live chat.
  6. Assist PC employees with their client data by updating accounts, demonstrating platform use, and providing educational resources.
  7. Provide reporting back to the business that offers valuable insights to leaders, sales and service teams, and clients.
  8. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying issues, determining causes, explaining solutions, expediting corrections, and following up to ensure resolution.
To be successful as a Business Intelligence Analyst with People Corporation, you will need:
  1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Proficiency with Microsoft tools.
  3. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and high accuracy.
  4. Ability to manage and prioritize demands.
  5. Ability to work independently and foster a positive team environment.
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  7. Sensitivity to confidential information.
  8. Please note that industry knowledge is not a prerequisite.
All-star candidates will have:
  1. The “nice-to-have” experience.
  2. Experience with dashboards such as PowerBi or Tableau.
  3. CRM experience.
  4. UAT Testing Experience.

Salary Range: The annual base salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $60,000. Further details about our comprehensive total rewards program will be shared during the recruitment process.
