Job description

Our IRP Energy Conservation team is seeking an experienced Program Lead, IRP Residential Energy Conservation, to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing and executing geo-targeted residential energy conservation and demand response programs to achieve results and enhance learning.

What You Will Do

1. Design, identify requirements (internal and external), and lead execution for geo-targeted energy efficiency and demand response programs for the Residential market.
2. Determine appropriate delivery channels and coordinate with delivery agents to optimize program results.
3. Forecast program results and budgets, identifying opportunities for optimization.
4. Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify requirements and budget for promoting geotargeted residential programs.
5. Engage with internal and external partners to facilitate effective program operation, leverage synergies, and support planning and development.
6. Evolve program offers and delivery methods over time to maximize results and insights, including engaging with external evaluators as needed.
7. Support reporting on program outcomes for regulatory and compliance purposes.
8. Assist in preparing IRP-related Ontario Energy Board (OEB) filings, including drafting evidence and defending regulatory submissions.
9. Support the implementation of OEB decisions related to IRP applications.
10. Lead stakeholder consultations on residential program offerings as required.

Who You Are

• Related university degree (preferably in Business, Economics, Environmental Studies, or a related field).
• At least 4 years of progressive experience in energy conservation marketing, program design, execution, or management.
