Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience, including 5+ years supporting complex enterprise applications or data-intensive initiatives.
• Advanced SQL skills and strong knowledge of relational databases, data structures, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with data mapping, source-to-target documentation, SIPOC diagrams, data lineage, and data quality analysis.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses, reporting, and analytics initiatives.
• Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder facilitation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Visio, Jira, or equivalent tools, along with the ability to work independently.
• Experience with ERP systems, healthcare distribution, contract management, pricing, data governance, or master data management is an asset.
