Job summary

Qualifications

• 8 years of business analysis experience across domains for medium-complexity files.
• Knowledge of the AI TRISM framework covering AI governance and AI security model.
• Experience with securing and governing agent platforms.
• End-to-end BA practice including requirements gathering, traceability, impact analysis, prerequisites and dependencies, and solution validation.
• Strong understanding of Agile values and principles.
• Client-focused, collaborative, and capable of managing ambiguity; able to simplify complex topics and think systemically.
• Familiarity with ModelOp.
• CBAP or PMI-PBA certification preferred.
• Knowledge of the banking/financial industry.
