Job Description:

Role Description:

• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
• Create/Review BRDs/FRDs as per the agreed standards and in line with Client and Business Teams requirement and expectations
• Budgeting and forecasting, Planning and monitoring,
• Reporting Variance analysis.
• Should be able to work with a team who might be geographically distributed. Review the Business requirements/ modules created by junior BAs.
• Should be able to handle multiple stakeholders and Business teams.

Required Skill Set:

• Strong working experience as a Business Analyst on GPP Classic/ GPP SP product is a must.
• In-depth knowledge of High Value & Instant Payments with comprehensive experience in Corporate and Retail Payments.
• Good understanding of Clearing Systems, Cross Border transaction processing, Liquidity Maintenance & FX Processing.
• Excellent working experience and deep understanding in processing SWIFT, PACS and PAIN messages.
• Should be proficient with Requirement gathering and Solution designing techniques and tools. Should have good knowledge of Agile Methodology and Defect Management using JIRA and ALM.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills with proven experience in handling multiple stakeholders and front facing customer management.

Desired Skill Set:

• Proficient in developing overall business/test strategies, methodologies, effort estimation, capacity planning and templates. Proficient in SQL with Good knowledge of ALM & JIRA.
• Experience of managing big country migrations/transformation projects involving multiple partner coordination will be added advantage.
