Job summary

MasterTech in Ottawa is seeking qualified 310T mechanics for a busy shop. Prior experience with buses, emergency vehicles, street sweepers, hydro vac and related systems is ideal. Start wage is CAD 30.00–40.00 per hour, with full benefits after 90 days.

Mon–Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm; join an established team providing quality repairs to a wide range of heavy vehicles and systems, including engines, A/C, electrical, exhaust, brakes, axles, and more.

Qualifications

• 310T mechanic certification or equivalent required.
• Experience with buses, emergency vehicles, street sweepers, hydro vac & related systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagnose electrical issues.
• Knowledgeable, reliable and team-oriented with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality repairs on buses, HYDRO Excavators, Transports, Fire Trucks, Street Sweepers and Refuse Trucks.
• Inspect and service engines, A/C, electrical, exhaust, brakes, axles and related systems.
• Conduct electrical troubleshooting and interpret schematics to diagnose issues.

• $30.00 - $40.00/hour to start based onexperience and training.

• Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm
