As a central division of the Society, Regent Christian Academy (RCA) is our flagship campus-based school, serving the community through our Sullivan and Cloverdale campuses in Surrey, BC. Reports to: Operations Manager or such other person as may be appointed by the Director.

Key Responsibilities & Core Competencies:

• Safe Operation: Safely operate a school bus on assigned routes and schedules.
• Student Wellbeing: Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during transport.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Environment Management: Maintain order and enforce school bus safety rules.
• Professional Communication: Communicate professionally with students, parents, and school staff.
• Emergency Response: Respond calmly and appropriately to emergencies or unexpected situations.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: CA $23.00 to $31.00 hourly (based on experience)
