Job summary

The Burger’s Priest in Waterloo now seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations, coach a hospitality-focused team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You’ll manage scheduling, inventory, and P&L while fostering a welcoming, high-energy work environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of leadership, food-handling certification, and a passion for quality service. Evening/weekend availability and the ability to work independently are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience leading a team.
• Friendly and enthusiastic about everything you do.
• Passionate about food and providing only the best guest experiences.
• Food Handler Certification or willingness to certify.
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed.
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Well organized with the ability to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a hot environment.

Responsibilities
