Job summary

Pomerleau is looking for a bulldozer operator to join their civil engineering & infrastructure team in Quebec. You will be instrumental in the operation of heavy equipment on large-scale construction sites while adhering to safety standards.

Qualified candidates must possess a valid heavy equipment operation card, safety certifications, and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Pomerleau offers a competitive salary, comprehensive insurance, and a respectful work environment.

• A valid ASP Construction card and WHMIS 2015.
• A valid driver's license – Class 5.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

As a bulldozer operator within Pomerleau's civil engineering & infrastructure team, you will work closely with all workers to ensure the coordination and execution of work in a safe manner. Working on large-scale construction projects — ranging from 1.5 million dollars to over one billion dollars — you will have the opportunity to contribute to the productivity and efficiency of work on our sites.

What you will do

• Drive and operate a bulldozer on the construction site, move, arrange, push, level all kinds of materials for work preparation, level the ground and granular materials.
• Adhere to safety procedures to ensure compliance with company and construction industry standards;
• Work as a team, maintain a pleasant and trusting work environment, collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and other trades on the site;
• Take care of and maintain equipment;
• Perform any other related tasks connected to operations.

This role could be for you if you have
