Job summary

Wascana in Saskatoon is seeking a Building Operator to join our Property Management team. You will help create a safe, well-maintained environment for customers and clients, under the Building Manager's direction.

Responsibilities include responding to client requests, ensuring facilities and equipment are in good operating condition, performing routine maintenance and minor repairs, implementing security procedures, maintaining stock, and handling day-to-day upkeep such as lawn care, snow

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
• Ability to respond to client requests in a timely manner.
• Willingness to perform security procedures and routine repairs.
• Able to handle physically demanding tasks (lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders).
