Job summary

Harvard Developments in Regina, SK, is seeking a qualified Building Operator to join the facility maintenance team. The successful candidate will manage tenant service responses, vendor relations, and building operations to ensure safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible property management.

The role requires a valid 5th Class Power Engineer Certificate, a driver’s license, and strong customer service and safety mindset.

Qualifications

• On-call availability to respond 24 hours a day when scheduled.
• Valid 5th Class Power Engineer Certificate of Competency.
• Driver’s license with clean abstract and access to a vehicle.
• Mechanical inclination with capacity for physical work.
• Proficiency in English, strong listening and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience within the assigned portfolio.
• Respond to customer service requests within safety and quality standards.
• Operate building automation, fire life safety, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Maintain positive contractor relationships for cleaning, security, HVAC, grounds, snow removal, etc.
• Carry out the planned maintenance program for the properties; and
• Assist the management team in achieving customer, financial and organizational objectives.
• Manage health and safety performance across the portfolio, ensuring regulatory compliance.
