Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in all areas of building operations, including mechanical, fire and safety, electrical and HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and resident/landlord relations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance activities, schedules, and team communication.
