Job summary

Alliance Maintenance seeks a Building Manager to serve as the primary contact for building issues across Metro Vancouver. In this role, you will maintain the organization and security of the building while supporting the Strata Council and Property Manager.

The position requires 2+ years of building management experience, general maintenance skills, and strong communication abilities. We provide training, health benefits for full-time employees, and 4% Vacation Pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in building management or a related role.
• Hands-on skills in general maintenance including painting, repairs, and cleaning.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and minor repairs such as lighting and drywall.
• Support property manager with notices and rule enforcement.
• Inspect building regularly for cleanliness and maintenance needs.
• Manage security systems including fobs and cameras.
• Conduct safety inspections of equipment.
