What you will be doing:The Building Manager oversees the daily operations, maintenance, and tenant relations for a portfolio of multi-family apartment buildings, ensuring properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all regulations. They address general repairs and maintenance regularly and coordinate with contractors, and vendors to address more complicated repairs, capital improvements, and preventative maintenance programs. This role also involves monitoring property expenses and fostering positive tenant experiences to maximize occupancy and retention.
