Job summary

Autism Services in Canada is seeking a maintenance worker to perform cleaning, basic repairs, and facility upkeep across lodging settings such as motels, hotels, and resorts.

The role covers sweeping, washing, minor electrical/plumbing adjustments, safety checks, and routine grounds care. Flexible shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends, with hourly pay in the CAD range.

Qualifications

• Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and waxing hallways, floors and stairs.
• Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse.
• Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings.
• Make adjustments to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
• Perform minor repairs on appliances.
• Perform safety and security checks.
• Paint and drywall repair and general maintenance.
• Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens.
