Job summary

Skyline Living seeks an experienced maintenance professional to service apartment/condominium complexes. You will perform housekeeping, basic repairs, safety checks, and tenant showings across multiple residential locations.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and a valid driver’s license with own transportation. The position is on-site with on-site housing options and a safety-conscious work environment.

Qualifications

• College/CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma (1–2 years).
• 3 years to less than 5 years of experience.
• Valid driver’s licence and own transportation.
• Criminal record check.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs.
• Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps and debris.
• Empty trash cans and waste containers.
• Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings.
• Make repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems; contact tradespersons for major repairs.
• Advertise vacancies.
• Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance.
• Perform minor appliance repairs.
• Perform safety and security checks.
• Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants.
• Move heavy furniture and supplies.
• Paint and drywall touch-ups and other routine maintenance.
• Water and tend to plants; lawns and gardens.
• Clean bathrooms and disinfect fixtures.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Snow and ice removal from walkways and parking areas.
