Job summary

Bwalk is seeking a dependable maintenance and cleaning associate to support Brentview Tower in NW Calgary and assist at other buildings as needed. You will perform building maintenance, landscaping, cleaning tasks, and ensure site cleanliness.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to operate small tools, and willingness to learn in-house software. Experience in maintenance or cleaning is preferred, and familiarity with technology is an asset.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or cleaning is required.
• Familiarity with technology is an asset.
• Ability to operate small equipment and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for various labour tasks.
• Perform a variety of building maintenance, landscaping, and cleaning tasks.
• Ensure site cleanliness, including picking up all garbage and pet waste around all sites.
• Painting suites, parkades, and other areas.
• Assist other team members as needed.
