Job summary

Whistler Blackcomb in Whistler, BC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Summer Seasonal 2026 role. You will primarily focus on maintenance and repairs of company equipment, and may assist with painting and landscaping to keep facilities looking and functioning at their best.

This entry-level position offers a starting wage of 21.00–23.00 CAD per hour, full-time hours when available, housing options, and access to industry-leading training, employee passes, and mountain discounts.

Qualifications

• Able and willing to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Strong focus on a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
• Mechanical aptitude is an asset.

• Respond to requests from internal and external guests in a timely manner
• Prioritize work based on the needs of team, guests and the business

As the Maintenance Technician, you will primarily focus on the maintenance and repairs of company equipment. You may also complete the general upkeep of aesthetics, such as painting and landscaping.
