Whistler Blackcomb in Whistler, BC, is seeking an Advanced Agent - Guest Communications for winter seasonal 2026/2027. You will assist guests, respond to inquiries, monitor social channels, and help with weather and operations communications.

Starting wage $21.50–$26.88 per hour, full-time hours available, housing may be provided, and you’ll receive ski passes, employee discounts, and access to training and wellness benefits.

Qualifications

• Exceptional guest service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Whistler and Blackcomb mountains and resort operations.
• Knowledge of social media channels and guest engagement.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a positive and professional manner and respond to email inquiries.
• Monitor social media and engage with guests across channels as needed.
• Coordinate weather and operational communications for Whistler Blackcomb.
• Represent and promote Whistler Blackcomb at local tourism events and initiatives.
• Build and maintain cross-departmental relationships and share guest insights.

Job Specifications

Job Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a positive and professional manner, respond to email enquiries (both internally and externally generated).
• Social media monitoring and engagement on all channels as needed.
• Manage Whistler Blackcomb’s daily weather & operational communications including: messaging, composition, recording, and results tracking.
• Represent and promote Whistler Blackcomb at local tourism focused events such as Inside Scoop.
• Building and maintaining strong inter-departmental relationships.
• Provide insights on guest experience by analyzing qualitative/unstructured data and identify areas for improvement: This includes our post-trip survey program, guest services feedback forms, social media channels, and enquiries via our department inbox.
• Work closely with the PSS leadership team. Coordinate job share’s within the PSS division.
• Other duties as assigned.
