Vail Resorts in Whistler, British Columbia is seeking a Maintenance Crew member for Summer Seasonal 2026. This entry level position offers a great way to learn new skills and gain hands-on experience in maintenance and resort operations, while enjoying the mountain environment and guest-focused service.
Starting wage is $20.00/hr to $23.00/hr with full-time hours available. You’ll work indoors and outdoors, perform general maintenance tasks, and support other resort operations.

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
