Job summary

Tidan Hospitality and Real Estate Group in Montreal, QC is seeking a Building Maintenance Attendant to perform general repairs, routine maintenance, and cleaning to keep the property in excellent condition.

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Director, you will carry out plastering and minor wall repairs, painting and touch-ups, basic electrical work, exterior sealing, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently to a high standard.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in building maintenance.
• Bilingual in French and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform plastering and minor wall repairs as needed.
• Carry out painting and touch-up work when required.
• Perform minor electrical maintenance tasks, such as installing light fixtures, replacing outdated electrical outlets, and replacing smoke detectors, as needed.
• Maintain the building's exterior by applying sealants and caulking where necessary.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality.

Job Summary
