Job summary

Tidan Hospitality and Real Estate Group in Montreal, QC is seeking a Building Maintenance Attendant to perform general repairs, maintenance, and cleaning to keep the building in excellent condition.

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Director, you will handle plastering, painting, basic electrical work, and exterior sealing, while ensuring high-quality results. Bilingual in French and English is required for serving an international clientele in a dynamic property portfolio.

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Director, the Building Maintenance Attendant is responsible for performing general repairs, maintenance, and cleaning duties to ensure the building remains in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

Perform plastering and minor wall repairs as needed.

Carry out painting and touch-up work when required.

Perform minor electrical maintenance tasks, such as installing light fixtures, replacing outdated electrical outlets, and replacing smoke detectors, as needed.

Maintain the building's exterior by applying sealants and caulking where necessary.

Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality.
