Job summary

Tidan Hospitality and Real Estate Group in Montreal, QC seeks a Building Maintenance Attendant to perform repairs, maintenance and cleaning to keep the building in excellent condition.

Under supervision of the Maintenance Director, duties include plastering, painting, minor electrical tasks and exterior sealant work. Requires bilingualism in French and English; prior maintenance experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 1+ year in building maintenance or related field is preferred.
• Bilingual French and English is required for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform plastering and minor wall repairs as needed.
• Carry out painting and touch-up work when required.
• Perform minor electrical maintenance tasks, such as installing light fixtures and replacing outlets.
• Maintain exterior by applying sealants and caulking as needed.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Director, the Building Maintenance Attendant is responsible for performing general repairs, maintenance, and cleaning duties to ensure the building remains in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform plastering and minor wall repairs as needed.
• Carry out painting and touch-up work when required.
• Perform minor electrical maintenance tasks, such as installing light fixtures, replacing outdated electrical outlets, and replacing smoke detectors, as needed.
• Maintain the building's exterior by applying sealants and caulking where necessary.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality.
