Clutch Technologies Inc. is seeking a dedicated maintenance professional to join our on-site team in Mississauga. You will perform repairs, inspections, and general facility upkeep to support a fast-growing online car retailer.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior technicians, safe work practices, and hands-on problem solving. We value reliability, physical stamina, and strong communication as you help sustain operations during a phase of rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Handyman Skills & Repair Knowledge: Basic experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and general building maintenance.
• Proficiency with Hand and Power Tools: Comfortable using tools such as drills, saws, wrenches, and other equipment used in repairs.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Team Player: Works well in a collaborative environment, supporting and learning from senior technicians while contributing to the team's success.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting maintenance issues and ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Physical Readiness: Capable of lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs such as fixing doors, patching drywall, repairing leaks, replacing light fixtures, and painting.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues with plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and structural components.
• Assist in maintaining the facility by assembling furniture, installing shelving, and troubleshooting minor equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and document completed tasks.
• Support inventory management by organizing tools, supplies, and maintenance equipment.
• Assist senior technicians with more complex repair projects to learn best practices.

Employment Type:

• Existing, Permanent Full-Time,
• Salary range: $25 per hour
