Job summary

Clutch is hiring for a new, full-time position based in New Westminster, BC. The role involves detailing, organizing the lot, shuttling vehicles, and supporting the team with inspections and shop tasks.

  • Team Support: Assist with inspections, shop tasks, and keeping workspaces clean.

What You’ll Do


  • Vehicle Detailing: Clean, detail, and prepare vehicles so they are showroom-ready for resale.

  • Lot Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized vehicle lot.

  • Vehicle Shuttling: Safely transport vehicles between Clutch pop-up locations and reconditioning partners.

  • Team Support: Assist with inspections, shop tasks, and keeping workspaces clean and efficient.


What We’re Looking For


  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

  • Confident and outgoing personality with a willingness to learn and improve

  • Team player who is willing to take on additional responsibilities when needed

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid British Columbia driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract

  • Comfortable driving manual transmission vehicles

  • Reliable transportation to and from work

  • Ability to work on-site at 210 12th Street, New Westminster
