• Contact contractors for establishment repairs and maintenance.
• Perform minor appliance repairs.
• Conduct safety and security checks.
• Perform other routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair.
• Work with little supervision.
• Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking lots.
