A specialized talent acquisition firm is seeking a BSA Compliance Officer for a role located in Ontario, CA. This position offers a generous salary of up to $105K and requires knowledge of BSA compliance and federal regulations. Candidates should have at least two years of regulatory experience, a Bachelor’s Degree, and effective communication skills. Qualifications

• Two or more years of prior experience in regulatory matters is required.
• BSA/AML certifications are preferred.
• Working knowledge of Federal and State Anti-Money Laundering compliance statutes and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Maintain knowledgeable of regulatory laws as they pertain to BSA compliance.
• Serve as program administrator for OFAC Monitoring Software.
• Collect data and prepare documentation for audits.

Connaissances

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

Familiarity with the Fiserv core system

Proficiency in all programs within Microsoft Office

Formation

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
