Job summary

Cogeco Connexion Inc is seeking a Product Owner for Internet Product Lifecycle Management based in Burlington, ON. You will drive the broadband product strategy across FTTH, DOCSIS, and Smart Wi‑Fi, managing end-to-end lifecycle from concept to sunsetting and collaborating across US/Canada markets.

You will lead cross-functional teams with a focus on improving customer activation, service delivery, and monetization, while tracking KPIs like churn, LTV, and ROI in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of product management experience in telecommunications or technology.
• Proven track record in Agile environments with backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user story creation.
• Strong knowledge of broadband networking technologies (FTTH, DOCSIS), home Wi‑Fi, and CPE gateways.
• Cross-functional leadership bridging engineering concepts and commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define the Future Roadmap: own and articulate the strategic product roadmap for Cogeco and Breezeline, ensuring offerings remain scalable, competitive, and aligned with market trends.
• Go-to-Market & Product Simplification: develop integrated marketing strategies while streamlining delivery and onboarding across Canadian and US markets.
• Business Outcome Ownership: track KPIs like service delivery quality, monetization, LTV, campaign ROI, and churn reduction.
• Market Intelligence: monitor emerging broadband tech and competitive trends to guide portfolio evolution.
• End-to-End Lifecycle Leadership: manage backlog from concept to performance optimization, upgrades, and sunsetting.
• Delivery & Service Optimization: collaborate with Engineering, IT, and Operations to improve self-install workflows and network stability.
• Feature Definition & Requirements: translate goals into stories for speed tiers, CPE gateways, mesh extenders, and smart home services.
• Cross-Functional Execution & Partnerships: work with Marketing, Sales, Customer Ops, and vendors to deliver roadmap goals.
