Job summary

Cogeco Connexion Inc. is seeking a Product Owner for Internet Product Lifecycle Management in Burlington, ON.

You will define the strategic roadmap for broadband, home networking, and value-added services across Canadian and US markets, and drive end-to-end lifecycle initiatives for legacy internet platforms and CPE. You will lead cross-functional teams with Engineering, IT, and Operations to optimize self-installation workflows, improve provisioning, and monitor KPIs such as churn, LTV, and

Qualifications

• 7+ years product management experience in telecom or tech industry.
• Proven Agile background with backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user story creation.
• Strong knowledge of broadband networking technologies (FTTH, DOCSIS), home Wi‑Fi ecosystems, and CPE gateways.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership bridging engineering and commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategic product roadmap for Cogeco and Breezeline.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to sunsetting and upgrades.
• Improve self-installation workflows, provisioning, and network stability.
• Translate business goals into detailed user stories and requirements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver roadmap outcomes.
