Job summary

The Brick, part of the LFL Group, seeks a Designer, Sales to blend creative brick design with strategic account development across Canada. You will translate client specifications into innovative brick concepts and communicate value to architects, contractors, and interior designers.

Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure feasibility, stay current with trends, and pursue new business opportunities through networking and proposals. Fluency in English and French is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a design or engineering field.
• Proven sales experience in construction materials or design industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to translate design requirements into brick concepts.
• Develop tailored sales proposals highlighting brick design benefits.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to meet specifications.
• Identify new Canadian market opportunities via networking and events.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
• Stay informed about industry trends and new technologies.
