Job summary

The Brick is seeking a Sales Consultant who thrives on customer service in a fast-paced, commission-based environment. You will help customers with their purchases through relationship selling and stay informed about Brick products and services.

This 100% commission role offers hours with minimum wage guaranteed if commissions fall short. Benefits include staff accommodations and opportunities for personal and professional growth, with evenings and weekends shifts required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Compensation:

This position is 100% commission. Sales Consultantswill receive credit for the hours worked within the pay period and minimum wageis paid for those hours, if commissions are not greater than minimum wage.
