Job summary

The Brick in Ottawa is seeking enthusiastic Sales Consultants to join our team. This role focuses on relationship selling, helping customers and building product knowledge to close sales in a fast-paced store environment.

This is a 100% commission position with a minimum wage paid for hours when commissions fall short. The Brick offers health, dental and paramedical benefits plus career progression in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Ability to learn new computer applications.
• Flexibility to work all shifts as required, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation

This position is 100% commission. Sales Consultantswill receive credit for the hours worked within the pay period and minimum wageis paid for those hours, if commissions are not greater than minimum wage.
