Job summary

The Brick in Canada is seeking enthusiastic Sales Consultants to join our retail team. This 100% commission position rewards customer-focused relationship selling in a fast-paced environment. You will help customers, grow product knowledge, and contribute to a thriving sales floor.

Candidates should be 18+, have a high school diploma, and be flexible to work evenings and weekends. Training and ongoing development are available in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

Compensation:

This position is 100% commission. Sales Consultantswill receive credit for the hours worked within the pay period and minimum wageis paid for those hours, if commissions are not greater than minimum wage.
