Job summary

Oliver & Bonacini is seeking an early-morning breakfast cook in Edmonton to deliver high-quality dishes with precision. You will work under Sous Chefs to execute prep and service tasks, maintain clean stations, and ensure consistent presentation and taste during busy breakfast hours.

You will follow recipes, stay organized, and collaborate with a passionate team to provide an exceptional guest experience. Competitive hourly wage and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a professional kitchen is required.
  • Prefer breakfast/brunch service experience.
  • Solid knowledge of basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and food safety standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
  • Good time management and attention to detail.
  • Able to follow recipes and keep quality consistent.
  • Strong communication and teamwork.
  • Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
  • Must be available for early morning shifts on weekdays and weekends.
  • Flexible availability, including holidays.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Qualifications
