Job summary

Holiday Inn Express in Yorkton, Saskatchewan is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to ensure guest satisfaction and high-quality breakfast service. The role involves maintaining the breakfast setup, greeting guests, and keeping the area clean throughout service.

Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down the breakfast bar, restocking items, making coffee, bussing tables, and responding to guest requests. Training is available, and weekend shifts may be required to cover busy periods.

Qualifications

• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

• Clean all equipment and properly store it according to standards
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining other areas of the hotel
• Respond to guest needs, special requests and complaints
• Must be willing and available to work any shifts, including weekends.
• Other job duties as delegated by your supervisor

Job description

We have a great opportunity available for a Breakfast Attendant at the Holiday Inn Express.

The breakfast attendant is responsible for achieving, maintaining customer service and product quality standards for the delivery of breakfast.

A breakfast attendant's job function includes:

• Set up and breakdown breakfast bar items
• Greet and acknowledge guests when they arrive
• Buss and clean tables
• Straighten chairs and properly arrange furniture
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast areas
• Restock drink and food items and other supplies according to Holiday Inn Express Standards
• Make fresh coffee as needed
• Empty trash receptacle
• At the close of breakfast bar hours, to clean the entire breakfast area, empty trash receptacles, store or dispose of all drinks, food items and supplies in accordance with operating standards and health codes and prepare for the following day
• Clean all equipment and properly store it according to standards
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining other areas of the hotel
• Respond to guest needs, special requests and complaints
• Must be willing and available to work any shifts, including weekends.
• Other job duties as delegated by your supervisor
