Job summary

InnVest Hotels in Canada is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to provide personalized service to guests and maintain a welcoming breakfast area. You will set up the buffet, prepare morning items, stock beverages, and ensure cleanliness and safety according to brand standards.

This role requires a morning shift availability and a friendly, proactive attitude to help guests start their day.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent experience.
• Provincial serve safe certificate an asset (can be acquired upon hire).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to read and write.
• Demonstrated knowledge of guest service and desire to exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to all guests.
• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet per brand standards.
• Follow brand menu requirements.
• Prepare foods such as fresh fruit, bread, pastries, and coffee.
• Stock coffee, juice, and milk.
• Set up serving dishes, utensils, and paper products.
• Restock items during breakfast hours and for the next day.
• Maintain a clean breakfast area and sanitize tables.
• Clear and sanitize buffet counter and wash serving equipment.
• Report inventory levels and assist with ordering food supplies.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
