Working with cross-functional and regional teams, you will implement a portfolio strategy aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth. You will support profit and loss management, along with future business development plans including new product development and platform opportunities.

How You Will Contribute

Collaborating with internal stakeholders, you will support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric growth. Responsibilities include developing annual plans, setting objectives, allocating resources, and recommending integrated commercial plans. You will develop and execute marketing strategies that meet revenue and profit targets and share objectives. Your deep consumer insights and brand positioning will guide the development and implementation of integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns.

What You Will Bring
  • Experience in consumer behavior, preferably in the consumer goods sector within a matrix environment
  • Ability to develop seamless consumer experiences
  • Skills in managing business objectives beyond just brand and budget
  • A balance of analytics and creativity, with strong commercial and strategic acumen
  • Leadership and influence skills
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong presentation abilities
  • Experience in diverse economic markets is advantageous
Additional Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead Canada's favorite brands like Cadbury and Sour Patch Kids. You will oversee projects that build your marketing and leadership skills, including:

  • Developing long-term brand strategies based on consumer needs
  • Driving innovation and renovation of products
  • Leading cross-functional teams for end-to-end execution
  • Monitoring brand performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Leading profitable growth initiatives leveraging the P&L
  • Building brand equity through creative marketing and in-store activation
  • Fostering strong internal and external partnerships
  • Leading, developing, and engaging your team to high performance
