Working with cross-functional and regional teams, you will implement a portfolio strategy aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth. You will support profit and loss management, and future business development plans, including new product development and platform opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric growth.
  • Develop annual plans, set objectives, and allocate resources.
  • Recommend and execute integrated commercial and marketing plans to meet revenue and profit goals.
  • Develop and implement marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns based on consumer insights and brand positioning.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in consumer behavior, preferably in consumer goods in a matrix environment.
  • Skills in developing seamless consumer experiences and managing business objectives beyond branding and budgeting.
  • Strong analytical and creative skills, leadership, and effective communication, including executive presentations.
  • Experience working in diverse economic markets is an advantage.

Additional Role Details:

  • Lead the development of long-term brand strategies for Canada's favorite brands like Cadbury & Sour Patch Kids.
  • Drive innovation and renovation, creating consumer-first product pipelines and renovations.
  • Ensure excellence in project execution from commercialization to in-market activation.
  • Monitor brand performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead profitability efforts leveraging P&L levers.
  • Build brand equity through creative media and in-store activation.
  • Foster cross-functional and external partnerships.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the team to maintain high performance and engagement.

Education & Experience:

  • Degree in Business/Marketing is an asset.
  • 5-7 years in marketing or strategy roles.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, meet strict timelines, and inspire cross-functional teams.
