Job summary

HOKA in Toronto is seeking a Sales Associate who delivers outstanding customer experiences and represents the HOKA brand with enthusiasm. You will educate customers about products, stay current on innovations, and engage with shoppers to address questions before they leave the store.

You will also support management with cash handling, inventory checks, and store upkeep, maintaining a positive, energetic store atmosphere and promoting the brand image in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Two years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences that educate customers about the HOKA Brand and products.
• Stay current on all products and technologies as a HOKA Expert.
• Engage knowledgeably with customers and ensure questions are addressed before they leave the store.
• Maintain an optimistic and energetic attitude with team members and customers; promote the store and Brand image.
• Assist management with administrative tasks, operate the cash register, handle money accurately, check inventory daily, and ensure products are stocked and merchandised according to Brand standards.
• Maintain a clean and well organized back-stock and employee break area, including daily vacuuming, sweeping, and dusting.
• Practice safety consciousness and respond to theft per policies.
• Report to work on time and notify the Store Manager or Manager on Duty in advance if late or absent.
