Job summary

Team Town in Canada’s Mississauga store is seeking Sales Associates to join our Performance Apparel, Footwear, and Fanwear department. You will deliver a brilliant customer experience by engaging customers in authentic conversations and helping them select the right product for their needs.

You'll greet customers, maintain product knowledge, stay updated on promotions, collaborate with the team to meet sales targets, and participate in merchandising and inventory tasks to deliver a full store

What You'll Do;

We are recruiting Sales Associates to join our Performance Apparel, Footwear and Fanwear Department within our store, In this role you will provide a brilliant customer experience by engaging our customers in authentic conversations and providing them with knowledgeable assistance in selecting and fitting the right product for their sports, accessory, and apparel needs.

• Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations based on their needs.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
• Stay updated on current promotions, sales, and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
• Actively participate in our team tasks to deliver a full experience to our customers including store cleanliness, merchandising, and restocking of product and control of inventory.
• Complete and attend all required online and team Product Knowledge training sessions.
