You will join the Secoda design team as a Brand Designer supporting our Sales and Marketing teams with marketing assets and sales collateral. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual representation of our brand and products.

Your creative talent and attention to detail will be instrumental in crafting compelling designs. You will work closely with our existing design team, cross-functional teams, including product managers, sales, and marketers, to ensure that the design elements align with our brand identity and effectively communicate the value of Secoda to our target audience.

What you will be doing:
  1. Create captivating marketing assets and collaterals, including website graphics, landing pages, social media visuals, email templates, and promotional materials, to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  2. Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all design deliverables, ensuring consistency and cohesiveness in the visual representation of Secoda.
  3. Use design elements to effectively communicate complex ideas and features, making it easier for users and potential customers to understand the value of Secoda.
  4. Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to continuously improve the effectiveness and impact of visual assets.
  5. Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and competitor analysis to infuse fresh and innovative design ideas into your work.
  6. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines to support ongoing product and marketing initiatives.
Who you are:
  1. Proven experience as a Designer (3-5+ years industry experience), with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in product interface design and marketing materials.
  2. Proficiency in design software, particularly Figma, Webflow and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  3. Strong command of typography, color theory, and composition in both product and marketing design contexts.
  4. Experience in designing brand assets for SaaS products or technology-related projects is a plus.

Hybrid Office Policy (Tuesdays, Thursdays + every other Friday)

We have a beautiful office in Liberty Village (109 Atlantic Ave) and work in a Hybrid schedule with Tuesdays, Thursdays and every other Friday as our in-office days. We provide lunch for our team every other Friday.
