We are looking for a Designer who isn’t just a stellar creative, but also a solution-oriented thinker who understands the power of brand strategy and how to distill strategic positioning into creative work that communicates effectively to colleagues and external top talent. If this describes you, you understand branding and its power in storytelling. You have a colleague and customer-centric approach and are comfortable balancing executional design with big-picture creative development.

Accountabilities :

Brand Design and Social Media Execution

  • Communicate the brand, product story, and highlight selling features through design.
  • Create and ideate design material (layout, typographic composition, imagery, social media content, etc.) and all other design activities within prescribed timelines.
  • Apply principles like balance, contrast, alignment, and hierarchy to create visually appealing and effective designs.
  • Present design concepts to Sr. Manager of Employer Branding and HR Team; interpret and incorporate feedback.
  • Make design decisions while maintaining brand guardrails.
  • Transform conceptual ideas into design solutions that address challenges.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery on creative briefs in partnership with HR and Communications Teams.
  • Passion for social media and viral trends across channels and platforms, understanding target audiences.
  • Create engaging video reels and posts that are on-brand and target audience appropriate.

Process and Project Management

  • Own the execution of key employer branding design projects, including illustration, photo direction, and collaboration with internal marketing and social COE design partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure projects are delivered on time and on brand.
  • Use project management tools to resolve issues as they arise.
  • Drive performance towards targets and timelines.
  • Maintain a flexible mindset and approach.

Role Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand design and social media.
  • Collaborative spirit: ability to work well with creative teams, marketing, and external vendors.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other relevant tools.
  • Impeccable taste, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem solver with initiative.
  • Ownership and accountability for projects.
  • Ability to work independently and within larger teams towards a common goal.
