This role will establish and execute the overall communication strategy of the Anatolia brand and its portfolio on a global scale. The Brand Manager – Communications is a future thinker who sees opportunity and turns it into reality, while ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives. This individual is savvy in public relations, digital media, media and influencer outreach, social media community management, event management, and leading philanthropic initiatives. Together with cross-functional teams and external vendors, the Brand Manager – Communications will elevate the Anatolia brand to the next level for accelerated business growth.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of all communications, including content creation, press releases, events, media and influencer outreach, social media content development, community management, newsletters, and product education.
- Support the brand-building initiative of Anatolia to become a well-recognized, trusted, and desired brand in the industry.
- Identify and establish relationships with key media, influencers, and opinion leaders within the industry.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Support and deliver social media content and engagements that successfully recruit and build a new audience to meet key business goals and KPIs.
- Build a strong brand presence on social channels and influencer networks.
- Showcase influencer content and key campaigns on the corporate website and digital channels, including local and global social platforms.
- Champion the execution of strategic corporate philanthropic and community sponsorship activities.
- Partner closely with Marketing to craft a cohesive message that integrates vision and design.
- Create engaging stories and hooks for media to generate interest and discussion about the brand.
- Balance creativity with business objectives, deliverables, and operational processes.
- Develop and maintain a preferred vendor list for outsourced projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Relationship Management :
- Foster strong relationships internally with cross-functional partners and externally with agency partners and vendors.
- Participate in regular meetings to resolve issues and improve efficiencies.
- Lead external agencies with clear direction.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS :
- Post-secondary degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in marketing, PR, or communications, agency experience preferred.
- Proficiency with tools like Meltwater, Cision, Hootsuite, MailChimp.
- Experience in press releases, press events, media / influencer outreach, and community management.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask with a proactive, efficient approach.
