Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or relevant degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
• Knowledgeable on trends and styling.
• Genuine curiosity to build long-term client relationships.
• Excellent storytelling.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute Client Experience Expectations and ensure brand goals are met for every client interaction.
• Manage client expectations and learn/adopt operational processes.
• Maintain high energy from greeting clients, discovering their connection to the brand, and styling across categories.
• Keep informed on new arrivals, best sellers, and fit information to advise clients quickly and knowledgeably.
• Support stock receiving and maintain visual standards as directed by Lead Stock Associate.
• Assist with visual floor moves and merchandising standards.
