Job summary

Prada Group in Vancouver seeks a luxury retail ambassador to elevate client experiences and drive sales across the brand portfolio. You will guide clients through the world of Prada, Miu Miu, Versace, Church’s, Car Shoe and Luna Rossa, while building meaningful relationships and loyalty.

You will actively engage in cross-selling, maintain CRM data quality, and uphold impeccably presented stores in line with brand standards, ensuring an exclusive client journey every day.

Qualifications

• Experience in building long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury store environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Place the customer at the center and provide an exceptional in-store experience.
• Capture customer data in the company CRM and develop personalized relationships.
• Promote an Omni Channel mindset and collaborate with colleagues to meet KPIs.
• Maintain a high standard of shop floor presentation and visual displays.
• Stay updated on fashion trends and product knowledge.
