Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You will be the face of the brand, passionate about AE/Aerie products, and dedicated to building brand loyalty with every guest. Responsibilities include using the AEO Selling Model, educating guests on products, promoting the loyalty program, and flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You’re energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You’re available to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
• You’re at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest suitable items.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flair for store navigation: Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and deliver great service.
