Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and provide an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of the company, passionate about AE and Aerie products, and will help build loyalty with every guest.

You will engage guests, educate them on products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Join a team that values integrity and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and have energy for a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail experience and passion for AE/Aerie products.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie product details and make suitable recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
